One business I had the pleasure of patronizing the other day is Jungle Juice Bar, located at 12012 Morang, on the Eastside of Detroit. I plan on making a list of the most important small businesses in Detroit. Jungle Juice Bar will definitely be on the list.
What is so important about Jungle Juice Bar? In a city full of food deserts, a business that chooses to provide the community with healthy choices is a very big thing. The Jungle Juice Bar fits this description. They have an excellent selection of smoothies for all the juicers. They also have various of herbs,teas, fruits and nuts. I personally really enjoy the strawberry sea moss. They also have delicious affordable vegetarian dishes. I highly recommend the vegetarian chili.
This is an excellent place to grab something healthy to eat. They even offer a little cozy patio out front where you can relax for a minute while you refuel. This is the type of business the city needs in the neighborhoods. It’s very important that we support businesses like Jungle Juice Bar that provide products that are good for the people it aims to service.

They’re open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am-6pm, so stop in and see why Jungle Juice Bar is one of the most important businesses in the city of Detroit.
